emotions

Wow...today has been super up and down emotion wise I went from being upset (getting up early only to find my class was cancelled) refreshed (sleeping for an hour during what would have been my class) frustrated (timecode...need i say more) extremely excited....frustrated....happy I have friends....hurt (walker hit me in the mouth with a frisbee)...frustrated (I suck at Tennis)...happy (watching Saved)...frustrated yet happy (talking with friends)

That either makes me psychotic or normal I'm not quite sure.

So today I made the decision to stay at Houghton for mayterm. I had an offer I couldn't refuse to say the least. Among other things I am going to be able to work closely with a new professor and experienced videographer on a video. So I'm really excited to say the least no matter how it works out its still a great opportunity!

I also watched the movie saved....okay so besides making fun of Christians it was freaken hilarious...all the Christian stereotypes rolled into one movie. Awesome. I have some thoughts about Christians recently that I will post I just have to get to bed because of the whole frisbee tourney have to get up at 7ish...I'm not a morning person.

Back @ Houghton

Ah...back at school

Well...so far this week has been going way way to fast. I have so much stuff to do its crazy and next week is even worse.

I started shooting the Kingdom Bound Video today. It was actually really hard because it was bright outside and I didn't want to be intrusive (outdoor chapel). Apparently I also really grimace when I shoot video and look angry. Yup. I'm not mad I'm just thinking. There is so much to think about all at once I guess I just don't smile. So I guess I need to get a shirt that says "I'm not pissed off" (Bree's Idea) or make a better effort to smile. Or do I really care? We finish shooting the majority of the video tomorrow with on the street type interviews. Should be good.

Ahh wow and I met our new film guy today. Awesome. Kinda funny tho he was 24 mins. late for our meeting...ugg. Maybe I just need to stop being on time to things. Maybe then I would get less frustrated. So yeah it was definitely great and he loved my stuff. I'm excited of what is going to happen. I also got a really cool offer but its sorta on the DL till after Friday because I dunno if I'm going to do it. So yeah-I'm glad I'm staying at Houghton.

Today was just a beautiful day out. Sitting on the chapel steps just being in the sun and talking was awesome. I wish I could do that every single day. Thus why I have so much work I need to get done that isn't getting done.

ahh home....I miss college but I don't miss school. :)

Friday was awesome. One thing that is really cool about my group of friends is the potential to get a lot of people together. Fri. afternoon we got about 16-20 people together to play ultimate together at the Ridge. It was really fun ,just a good time of laughs, bids, and breaks. Most importantly no one got hurt (that is a first).

After that I did service for the first time. Its kinda funny because I do it all the time for the youth but people were still uptight about me doing it--its cool tho. It all depends on how things are done. Jake..your the man. So yeah, after I got a chance to talk with our new tech. guy and the CAP team thought we were dealing drugs or something in the parking lot...funny for us when they got done questioning him and found out he was on staff...funny. Its funny as I continue to get to know more and more Christian tech. people the more and more I am amazed at their character and why they do things. Good deal. I's got's lots to learn.

Then the night cap was at the party palace of Fish's. Ya know its funny...people just don't understand (Ash agrees) we don't really do anything but sit down and laugh. Quote of the Night: "I shutter to think what we would do with alcohol". I love my friends.

Back to school tomorrow....again i put off all my work. Not fun.
