Average? The average thoughts of a typical college kid just trying to make it though in one piece.

Every one needs a break!

Well well, today I found myself having a whole lot of fun and not doing a lot of work.

One of my videos made it into blip.tv's popular videos...that was pretty sweet.

Had some fun in blogging class talking about studio work...i'm such a nerd

Drove home to have dinner with a friend for his birthday. Which was a really fun time that involved recounting old childhood stories and fun memories.

I made havok throwing snowballs (inside and out), skateboarding and just being fun with the roomie

the sabres won in a shootout

I can honestly say that with most of my days consisting of lots of work and little play, today was a break from the monotony. Even conversations today were a break from the monotony. It was just fun to talk about old memories and fun stuff! Not every conversation has to be theologically based and deep to be meaningful.

Houghton Ultimate

Watch the video
Well....so I saw a sweet video blog today (http://davemedia.blogspot.com/)and had a great urge to edit something. I had the footage of our home tourney for awhile now so I figured I might put something together with it. Heres a look into what it means to play Ultimate Frisbee for Houghton College.

yeah...

"Paralytic"

Paint the lines on perfect eyes that circle the object of
My sincere affection, my undivided attention.

Lie where you won’t see yourself in that way.
And we’ll ride to somewhere.

All we are is paralyzed from the face down.
We’re still alive with our fake smiles.
When the camera’s away.

Don’t remember this. No, don’t remember this.
We are losing it all, but we are gaining the world with our hands tied.
Your arms placed upon mine.
And the sky looks so right, and you’re mine tonight.

Lie where you won’t see yourself in that way.
And we’ll ride...

All we are is paralyzed from the face down.
We’re still alive with our fake smiles.
When the camera’s away.
